OFFICIAL LETTER 7040/CT-TNCN DATED 22/02/2019 HA NOI TAX DEPARTMENT FOR PIT FINALIZATION 2018 AND TAX CODES FOR DEPENDENT
Official letter 7040/CT-TNCN dated 22/02/2019 of Ha Noi Tax Department for PIT finalization 2018 and tax codes for dependents:
- Ensure 100% tax code of taxpayers on the statements of the finalization declaration.
- If there is no income payment, there is no PIT finalization, there is an income payment but there is no tax, it must still be settled.
- In case of an individual receiving multiple individuals when declaring, they must separate the taxable income of each person.
- Individuals with overpaid tax amounts who request a refund should submit their application after April 1, 2019
